Gabriel Rosenbach is a trumpeter and music educator based in Berlin.
Biography
Biography
Born in Berlin in 1996, Gabriel Rosenbach began with piano before taking up the trumpet at six. He explored jazz and classical music in state youth orchestras and big bands.
After studying in Dresden and Mainz, he returned to Berlin in 2020. His projects include wnbl (formerly WANUBALÉ) and the Hans Anselm Quintet. He also performs in musicals, show bands and as a sideman across Germany.
His ensembles have received the Sparda Jazz Award (2018) and the future.sounds award (2019). With SMUK, he placed second at the Junger Münchner Jazzpreis in 2023.
